While some companies have the staff and technology to maintain all aspects of all their programs, others choose not to make that investment in time, training, and resources.Legacy Plans Administration is a special solution which focuses solely upon specific discontinued health or pension programs, which may have resulted as the product of an acquisition or change in benefits policy.

MWM has the depth of staff , experience and technological capabilities to provide a continuum of program services for administering clients’ benefits plans, including

  • Full outsourcing. We provide all administrative system functions and most staff.
  • System outsourcing.  We provide the system functions, while our clients’ staff performs the administration.
  • Staff outsourcing. Our clients rely on MWM staff, but utilize their own systems.
  • Combination sourcing.  While using selected MWM system functions and staff, our clients provide the remaining system functions and staff.
