Our work with Associations over the past 30 years has given us deep insight into the financial and human resource issues confronting management. We understand the impact of Board rotations upon an organization, the role retention and recruitment of staff play in enhancing performance and preserving institutional memory, the special and complex rules governing non qualified benefit plans of tax exempt employers, and the most elevated role that “member focus” deserves in a successful affinity related enterprise.

We developed our dynamic actuarial association forecasting model as we appreciated our clients need to know and anticipate the effect the coming “baby boomer” retirements may have on their bottom lines. Working with management, staff, Boards and Board committees, we help associations see beyond the current environment and develop strategies backed by the evaluation of quantified options.
